1. Data controller

Juan Pablo Florez Ramírez, an individual operating the JuanPaFirez brand, based in Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, is the controller of the personal data collected at juanpafirez.com.

2. What data we collect

• Data you give us when you book or write to us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, service of interest, message and a preferred date or time for a call.
• Browsing and analytics data (for example pages visited, device type and where the visit came from) collected through cookies or similar technologies of analytics tools.

3. What we use it for

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

• To answer your requests and contact you through the channels you indicate.
• To schedule and hold calls or meetings, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
• To improve the site, measure its performance and understand which content is useful.

4. Third parties involved

To run the site we use providers that may process data on our behalf, such as web hosting, online scheduling (Cal.com), analytics and measurement tools (for example Google and Metricool) and the messaging channels you choose (for example WhatsApp). Each applies its own privacy policy. Some of these providers may process data outside Colombia; by authorizing the processing you authorize that transmission or transfer, which is done with reasonable protective measures.

5. Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees, you may at any time:

• Know, update and correct your personal data.
• Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
• Be informed about how your data has been used.
• File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the law.
• Revoke the authorization and/or request deletion of your data when legal principles and guarantees are not respected.
• Access, free of charge, the personal data that has been processed.

6. How to exercise your rights

Write to hola@juanpafirez.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and contact details to reply to you. We will answer queries within a maximum of ten (10) business days and claims within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days from receipt, extendable under the terms set by law.

7. Security and retention

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purposes described or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymize it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
